What Class Counsel Does
- Prosecutes the case on behalf of all Class Members.
- Communicates with the Court, opposing counsel, and the Claims Administrator on the Class's behalf.
- Answers questions from Class Members at no cost to the Class.
Fees and Costs
You do not pay Class Counsel. Any award of attorneys' fees and litigation costs must be approved by the Court and will be paid by the Defendants, not the Class.
